A question to start off with - do you think that online marketing is now all about going out into the online community now and finding like-minded people and not about trying to get visitors to your website? Or is there still scope for empowering communities via your own website? Cheers!

We’ve tried to use Google Adwords in the past but it didn’t work - we got more traffic, but it didn’t convert to sales. Could you give us some tips to use Google Adwords more effectively?

I want to make sure that I’m not doing anything that will hurt my rankings in search engines. Could you go over some things NOT to do?

Carrying on from Lindsay’s point are there any ways that you would advise carrying out an offline advertising campaign so that you can measure website hits from those adverts more effectively?
